We've bought 2 vacation homes and sold one of those in the Cape with Amy. Our friends followed our recommendation and bought thru her last month as well. She shows in price brackett we asked for and was knowledgable about area.So many agents don't really listen to what the client is looking for--Amy showed us what we asked for and gave suggestions for potential profit in the market in future which is helpful for out of town buyers as we are. I had a great experience with Amy. Amy was a great agent.  Having no recent experience with selling, I needed someone with knowledge, integrity and the ambition to get the sale done.  Amy has all of that and more.  She was forever accessible at all hours to help with whatever needed to be done as well as to answer questions.  When snags appeared in the process she always jumped in and took care of the problem.  I was very happy with the fact that everything happened on time and I was able to close on the appointed date. She is extremely loyal and will always work in your best interests.  I have other property which I intend to put on the market soon and I will, of course, ask Amy to represent me.
